Intellectual Property: - All course materials, content, and resources provided by the school are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. - You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without the school's consent. 7. Health and Safety: - You are responsible for your own health and safety during your time at the school. - You must comply with any health and safety guidelines provided by the school, including those related to COVID-19 or other health risks. 8. Changes to Services: - The school reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, instructors, or services as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner. 9. Limitation of Liability: - The school is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in our courses, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the school. 10. Course Cancellation: If the school cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students are entitled to a full refund of the course fees. b. Visa or entrance Denial: If a student's visa application or entrance is rejected, a refund of tuition fees, excluding the non-refundable enrollment fee, will be provided upon presentation of the official visa or entrance denial letter. c.
